Delta–ICN SME Inclusion Initiative

Across the Caribbean, thousands of women- and diaspora-led small businesses face a major challenge: limited access to fast, flexible capital. Traditional banks often require high collateral, offer slow approval timelines, or exclude micro and early-stage businesses altogether.

To help solve this, Delta Capital Partners and Invest Caribbean (ICN) have partnered to launch a blended capital initiative that combines merchant cash advances (MCAs) with targeted support for Caribbean SMEs.

🔍 About the Initiative

The Delta–ICN SME Inclusion Initiative is designed to improve financial access for underserved small and micro businesses across the English-speaking Caribbean, with a special focus on women entrepreneurs.

The initiative will provide:

  • Rapid Working Capital via Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs)
    — No collateral required
    — Repayment based on actual sales
    — Flexible terms and digital onboarding

  • Technical Support & Training
    — Financial literacy and digital adoption workshops
    — Peer learning and regional business networks

Initial markets include Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Suriname, with regional scale-up planned.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships Welcomed

Invest Caribbean and Delta Capital Partners are actively seeking aligned partners to help scale this SME inclusion platform, including:
